After finishing his BA degree at USC, Robbie attended seminary where he earned his Masters of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry Degrees. His pastoral experience includes several tours of duty as a Youth Pastor and Senior Pastor of two congregations.  He and his wife Lil have six children and have lived in the local area since 1999.  Robbie was called as the Senior Pastor in April of 2004.  He was serving as the Director of Missions of the Southeast Baptist Association when he began helping LC3 as an Interim Pastor.  A love affair with the people ensued and the rest is history.  Robbie is committed to seeing LC3 continue its vision to reach people for Jesus and make disciples while maintaining a high-energy celebratory worship style.

After six years in the Air Force and seven years of being a stay at home mother to her two children, Lisa moved to Murrells Inlet in 1999.  She attended a Christmas service at LC3 where God started working on her heart.  Lisa dedicated her life to Christ and became a member of LC3 in April of 2001.  She says, "I got tired of trying to handle life on my own, so I told God that I was done and was turning everything over to Him.”  Lisa came on board as the Ministry Assistant in July of 2003.  She was working in kitchen design and sales when the position became available.  She had a strong passion to work for the church and prayed for two years about an opportunity to serve at the church.  She is dedicated to the vision of LC3 and its mission here in the community.
