How to Join LC3
The membership process is designed to
give you an introduction to becoming a participating member of Low Country Community Church. Romans 12:4~5 says,
"Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special
function, so it is with Christ's body. We are all parts of his one body, and each of us has different work to do. And
since we are all one body in Christ, we belong to each other, and each of us needs all the others."
Each person interested in becoming
a member of Low Country Community Church should pick up a membership book at the Information Table and work through it.
This manual is the basic introduction to our church family. It is our goal to clearly explain who LC3 is and why we
exist. In the membership manual, you will be introduced to LC3's Mission Statement, Ministry Strategy, Core Values,
Essential Beliefs, and Life Style Statement.
Periodic Membership Receptions will be held, allowing you time to meet the Staff,
and Leadership of LC3, as well as ask any questions you may have. The membership process concludes with a specific time
for you to sit down with Pastor Robbie Martin and discuss your Spiritual Gifts Analysis and areas of ministry. During this meeting, you will be given the opportunity to complete a Membership Covenant,
thus becoming a member of Low Country Community Church.
